Timothy Hillian

CEO and Founder

Timothy Hillian is the founder and CEO of EM Corporate Solutions, established in 2018. He recognized that microbusinesses were underserved by corporate training and coaching firms in America, which motivated him to create a company dedicated to empowering these entrepreneurs. With a strong belief in the importance of perfecting critical skills such as tax strategy, bookkeeping, payroll, and business credit, Timothy encourages micro-business owners to gain a competitive advantage in their local markets. His extensive experience includes coaching over 300 micro-business owners and serving as a real estate agent and investor, as well as a retired military officer.

Timothy holds a Bachelor of Accounting and a Master of Business Administration, and he is a graduate of the Combined Arms and Services Staff School. He has also dedicated significant time to mentoring youth as a Boy Scout leader for 25 years. As a devoted family man, Timothy is a proud husband and father of five children, and he cherishes his role as a grandfather to nine grandchildren. His personal priorities include his faith, family, employment, church duties, and personal hobbies.
